For a girl living alone, once you make curry, you must eat the curry every day for at least 3 days.
So I tried arranging the curry rice. Let's follow the track.
Day 1
vegetables...onions, carrots, and potatoes
aaaaand !!

Day 2
It's summer now, so...

pan-fried eggplant & sunny-side up
Of course the rice is "saffron rice!"
Day 3
Next to vegetables...
Seafood curry!
I used seafood mix which contained shrimp, squid, clam, and octopus.
With cheese and soft-boiled egg with a taste.
Day 4 (the Last Day!)
With a small amount of curry...
curry rice gratin !
I cook curry and rice and corn and cheese in a wok like fried rice, and flavored with the use of bouillon.
Curry rice is Japanese very popular dish!
